Welcome to ‘Our Bookshop Wrapped’, our monthly subscription service.
Receive, or gift, a beautifully wrapped book, hand-picked especially for the reader, every month.
How wonderful will it feel to receive a bespoke book subscription. Lasting 3,6 or 11 months, the recipient will start by completing a short consultation so that we can get a feel for their reading tastes. Leanne Coombes will be their dedicated bibliotherapist and will hand-pick a book each month, chosen especially to suit you.
Every book arrives through the letterbox beautifully presented in wrapping paper and bound with string, along with one of our beautiful bookmarks to make sure you never lose your place!
Choose whether you’d like paperback or hardback, non-fiction, fiction, or a mix, and the length of the time you’d like the subscription to run for (3, 6 or 11 months).
If it’s for you, or you’re confident of the recipient’s reading taste, Our Bookshop Bibliophiles will get to work selecting the first book. Otherwise we’ll contact the recipient to find out what they love reading. Once we know their taste, Our Bookshop Bibliophiles will handpick a new book just for them and send it out beautifully packaged at the beginning of the following month.

If you’re confident of the reader’s taste, or would like to select a book yourself, we’ll send the first book out at the beginning of the following month. We’ll include a card explaining Our Bookshop Wrapped plus a personal message from you, so they know who to thank!
If the recipient is completing a reading taste questionnaire, then we will send a card explaining Our Bookshop Wrapped, including a personal message from you, and ask them to get in touch with us to tell us all about their favourite genres, books and authors.
Once underway a new book will arrive at the beginning of each month until the subscription ends. No matter how long the subscription, once two books have been sent we will contact the recipient to see how they’re getting on and check whether any tweaks need to be made.
Once we have your reading taste on file, Our Bookshop Bibliophiles will get to work finding a book we think you’ll love. You can expect to receive your first book from us at the beginning of the following month.
